I’ve been searching for the best ways to make my life less stressful and more enjoyable ever since I was a child. In my quest, I came across a book called “The Three Levels of Self-Awareness” which I found to be very helpful. The book explains that there are three levels of self-awareness. The lowest level is the unconscious or subconscious. The next level is the rational mind where we make choices and make decisions.
It’s not all doom and gloom here. The book suggests that we can use rational thinking to make our decisions and make ourselves happier. The next level is the conscious mind where we have the ability to make decisions and make ourselves happier.
I can’t help but think that the last time I read a book I was in grade school. This time, I’m more wiser, and I’m even thinking that I don’t even need to be on the rational mind level. I have my very own level of awareness, and I can use that to make a lot of decisions.
The conscious mind is the level of awareness where we have the ability to make our decisions. The rational mind is just the way we do the same things. You can use your rational mind to decide that you should go buy a new pair of shoes because you feel they’re a little bit too expensive, but you really want to keep your old pair because they’re a bit too big and they’re too comfortable.
When we give our conscious mind too much focus, it can lead to making decisions that are not in our best interest. That is why many people say that the conscious mind should not be the level of awareness we use in the moment. The most important part of our awareness is what our brain does when we are in the moment. When we are in the moment, our conscious mind can give us decisions that we need to make but we do not have the capacity to make them ourselves.
Conscious and unconscious mind are not mutually exclusive, but they are opposites. The question, therefore, is how do you use one to do the other? One of the fundamental ways is by integrating our conscious mind and unconscious mind. By consciously thinking about something, we can integrate our conscious mind with our unconscious mind. This is where we use the conscious mind to make decisions that we need to make, but our unconscious mind can help us put these decisions into effect.
In other words, we can put our unconscious mind into use by creating our own conscious mind. Through this conscious mind, we can do things that go beyond what we normally do. For instance, we can go to the gym, sleep in our bed, and think about our ideas before committing them to paper. We can also, consciously, try to get through to God.
A lot of people are very quick to say, “I’m not religious,” when they get asked if they believe in God. This is because they believe that these things are outside of their control, and so they feel like they can’t get involved. We all have a basic level of self-awareness and are able to recognize when we might want to put our beliefs in God’s hands. I know this because I have done it for over 30 years.
