The last time I was in a restaurant, I noticed a dish in the appetizer section that was fish in a mouth. This was a big deal at the time because the place where I ate was a little off the beaten path and that meant that the fish was probably farmed in some sort of factory near the ocean floor. The fish, as far as I could tell, were from the North Pacific.
We don’t know, but that’s where fish comes from. If you can get a bunch of fish from a lab to feed to a factory, that would probably be a good thing. What’s also interesting is that the reason I noticed this was because I saw a few other dishes that were fish in a mouth.
