How much of an impact a laugh can have on your life.

Most of the time it’s fun to actually laugh at something. It’s not really funny but it’s fun to watch our laughter, especially if we’re laughing at something more complex.

So I’m not really laughing, I’m just laughing. And it’s nice to laugh at something. It’s nice to laugh at something that’s something you don’t understand, something that you don’t trust. And that’s a great thing.

What? What do you mean. I’m not laughing. I’m not laughing at that. Laughing about laughter is a joke. That’s it, that’s the joke.

We are talking about Laughing Yoga here, not laughing at the joke.

The basic idea of laughter yoga is to laugh at something you don’t understand, something you don’t trust, something that you don’t like. It’s an attempt to shift the focus of our minds from our own internal ruminations to the outside world. It’s a way to “learn” to laugh at ourselves. Laughter yoga is a technique to help loosen up your mind. It’s a way for us to laugh at ourselves.
