I want to make a big deal out of this but I will. I’m not sure why, but I am convinced that as human beings we are constantly bombarded by messages about our worth. I think we all know that we all are worth something, and that is why we are here on this earth.
This is why I believe it is important to take care to listen to the messages you receive and not to ignore them. This is how you learn about yourself. The ones that say you are worthless will be the ones that hurt you the most.
I read somewhere that people who aren’t willing to take risks will be the ones that take a risk. But I think I am much wiser than I was yesterday.
That is why I am here. I am the only one willing to risk my life to save others. I am the one who has made a difference.
The good news is that we are not the ones who are looking for a solution to the problem. If there is a solution to the problem, the end goal of your life is to get rid of the problem. If we can do that, we will move further along the way.

After all, if you want to work out, you don’t need to stop working out. If you want to have a kid, you can have kids — there’s no reason why you can’t have kids. If you want to eat healthy, you just have to stop eating the junk food. If you want to exercise, you just have to stop exercising. The solution to this problem is to take time out to relax, not to start a bunch of new habits.
