I have been obsessed with the concept of “self-awareness.” I just recently started watching a TED talk on this topic and it really resonated with me. The speaker, rahul gf, spoke about how we can change our “self-awareness” into “self-awareness of our thoughts, feelings, and actions.” I found that very intriguing, and decided it was the topic for my thesis.
So what does it mean to self-aware? Here’s the essence of rahul gf’s definition. When we first learn a lesson (for example, how to use a bow to shoot an arrow), we often don’t realize that we are actually changing our behavior. We don’t realize that we are acting in a way that is different from our past behavior.
Because we are self-aware, we can then act on this. This is self-awareness of our thoughts, feelings, actions and reactions. Our actions are our thoughts, but these thoughts are our actions. So when we change our behavior, our thoughts change too. The concept that rahul gf is talking about here is not exactly self-aware but self-aware of one’s thoughts, actions, and reactions.
I see you have a lot of time here, Mr. G: Just as it has been described in the past, some of us need to get a little extra time to keep our minds on a given topic. I think I’m pretty old now, and I’ve come a long way since I was a kid.
The idea is that you can be a little more self-aware by actually being aware of the ways you’ve changed. So the challenge for you is to get started on this journey and not let your past get in the way.
I have a feeling we’ll see a lot of people who’ve had a lot of time on the internet in the past few years. That’s because it is, and will continue to be, a very important part of all of our lives. You might not always be aware of what you’ve done or said, but you know you’ve made a lot of changes in your life in the past few years.
I feel like youve got a lot of things to be self-aware of, but youve got to figure out what changes are the most important to you.
As I mentioned earlier, the word in this section has a very nice and important meaning. It means, “to get ahead without being lazy.” It should be clear that the word isn’t necessary.
This is not to say that there isnt some self-awareness to be had, but there has to be a level of recognition that youve made changes that you dont see as significant or significant enough to warrant being called lazy. And laziness is a word that many people use to mean when they feel theyre not making enough effort.
