I can’t even remember the last time I’ve been really self-aware. Or even just aware of how I am and what I like. But I’m starting to realize that for me, self-awareness is almost a religion. I’m so busy checking out on my thoughts and actions that I have lost track of the thoughts and actions that I can actually take full advantage of.
To be self-aware means to be aware of your thoughts and actions. It doesn’t mean being aware of things that you shouldn’t be doing; it means being aware of your actions and thoughts. It means being able to recognize when things are out of your control because you can stop what you’re doing or even stop thinking as a result of the thoughts you’re having.
My favorite part is when I have the ability to see the “why” of a situation, and it just turns out to be that I need to watch the situation for a minute or two. But I also need to read the situation and the thoughts that Ire being.
But if you can’t stop thinking about a situation, you can’t stop acting. It takes a while to learn to be aware of this, because it is a skill that takes time and dedication. It also takes a lot of willpower to stop yourself from doing something you can’t control or even to stop yourself from doing something you should.
This is something we’ve both experienced in our own lives, and it’s something I’ve seen happen to several people I know. I’ve talked to a lot of people that I know have had these thoughts, and the way they deal with it is to first think about it, then do something about it, and then repeat the process. The first is awareness, the second is control.
It’s not always easy to know what to do. It’s almost impossible to control your actions without knowing them. We all do things that we might not even want to do, so it’s easy to do what needs to be done without knowing why. A lot of times, the easiest way to do something is to just do it, like when you say “I’m going up to the bathroom” without thinking through why you’re going to the bathroom.
This is a real one, and you could definitely tell who’s in the bathroom or what you’re doing there. It sounds like you’re going a little nuts and just make up your mind. You might think that if you want to do something, you should just do it, or at least try and stop doing it. But the point is that all of these things you’re doing, and you’ve started to do it, is trying to stop it.
You don’t think about it like that. So you go, “I think I’ll just turn on the water and start scrubbing the floor.” And then you start doing it and you see it as a bad idea, and you think, “I’ll just stop and go to the bathroom and then I’ll come back and get the soap and do it again.” The point is that you’re doing something (the bathroom) and you can’t stop it.
Your bathroom is really, really boring, isn’t it? You can get stuff done in the bathroom, but in your own home, things are much, much more boring. When you’re in your own home, you can do a lot of the things you want and you can do them without having to think about anything else.
In a similar way to that of washing your car, you can do a lot of the things you want in your own home, but the act of doing them is not as exciting as it was when you were a kid. You may not be an adult, but your own home is where you can do so much more.
