It is the best part of the day, so make sure you’re working on something productive, like a project at work, or maybe you’re just feeling good and need to release. Whatever you do, don’t stop working.
We’ve all got the same one, the fact is that what we do the most is get something done when we’re most productive. We don’t want to be working on our art or our writing. It’s not a productive time to be thinking about a project.
If youre not feeling good, you probably need to step away from it, get some rest, or at least take some time off.
No matter what youre doing, it is a good idea to get some work done. If youre not feeling so good stop and take a break. A great way to break up from your work, is to take a walk in the sun. It can help you get your creative juices flowing and get your creative flow back.
I personally don’t get enough sun. But as long as youre in the right place at the right time (as in, sitting in the sun), it can help your skin reactivate. In fact, I think there are at least two other benefits to sunbathing, besides the obvious ones mentioned above: (1) it helps your brain’s “neurotransmitter” systems reestablish itself. And (2) it burns a lot of calories.
And you can always take a dip in the ocean just to see what all the fuss is about. I guess. I have also seen people take a dip in the ocean, but I can’t imagine myself doing that, but I’m sure we’ll see that on some of the other shows. I have done a couple of cool things in my time on the show, but I don’t remember what they were, but I’ve got my theories on them. I hope you enjoy them.
So much of what you see on the channel is just really cool stuff. You can check out the other stuff I’ve posted on the show by clicking on the link below. Thank you for joining us, and I hope you enjoy what comes next.
You do know that you can always do your show live on the web, right? As well as on your local channel. For that you can either head over to www.facebook.com/AmyTheHudsonShow or www.twitter.com/AmyTheHudsonShow, if you like.
I’ll be doing live shows for two more weeks, so you’ll be seeing me much more often.
As usual, I’ll be tuning in every week, but until then I’ll be watching the videos, listening to the audio and commenting on the other posts. As always, feel free to give me any questions, comments, or complaints. Thanks again for being here.
