Bollywood is a genre of film making that has been dominated by a male-dominated cast and has seen the genre become almost as stereotypical as the western films it was once considered to be. There used to be quite a bit of female-driven films in Bollywood, but they have recently been gaining dominance with a lot of films that are more realistic and a lot more realistic stories. Kumar, who was born in Bombay, is a case in point.

Kumar, who is best known for his roles in the television series Kaminey (1991) and Dilwale (1995), has also made a name for himself in films like Chhoti Bahu (1988) and Ramayan (1994). His films were generally a bit more melodramatic than those in Bollywood, but they were also made more commercially viable because they were produced by Prasad Films and produced well.
